Coccidiosis Control
ADVENT® is an orally administered, live coccidiosis vaccine for broilers. ADVENT® is strategic in controlling coccidiosis by stimulating protective immunity and can be used as a biologic control method in antibiotic-free production systems. ADVENT® contains Eimeria acervulina, E. tenella and E. maxima, the three most commercially relevant Eimeria species in broiler production.
This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy chickens one day of age or older against coccidiosis due to E. acervulina, E. maxima and E. tenella. The duration of immunity has not been determined. For more information regarding efficacy and safety data, see productdata.aphis.usda.gov
