Product Manager
The Product Manager is responsible for the oversight of forecasting, pricing, sales reporting, marketing, assisting and collaborating with global product and marketing team, collaborating with manufacturing regarding inventory and production, assisting and collaborating with regulatory regarding new products and general updates, and executive assistance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (agriculture, marketing, business, etc.)
- Previous Product Manager experience a must
- Experience in the animal health industry or agriculture a plus
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Self-starter
- Comfortable working independently

- Strong Excel and data analysis skills

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaison between sales and manufacturing on providing updates on forecasting and evaluating inventory levels to assist in production schedule.
- Constant collaboration with sales managers on forecast updates to ensure proper supply for customers.
- Provide weekly sales reports to executives and sales managers.
- Provide end of month sales report and assist in the development of the executive report each month.
- Determine product pricing for product portfolio.
- Define product strategies and launch new products.
- Manage product portfolio and product lifecycle.
- Assist global product and marketing managers with global pricing and portfolio strategy along with providing updated US market trends.
- Provide sales support with up-to-date product information and marketing materials.
- Assist regulatory with product label, safety data sheets, product data sheets, and regulatory document updates.
- Assist in the logistics, ordering, and marketing materials for annual conventions for cattle, poultry, and swine teams.
- Collect and assess market information and customer needs through customer visits and industry expos/conventions.
