RESPIVax 3 is a vaccine to protect cattle against primary viral challenges associated with Bovine Respiratory Disease (BRD).
This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle five months of age or older against Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis, Bovine Virus Diarrhea Type 1a and Bovine Virus Diarrhea Type 2. Dosage and Administration
Aseptically rehydrate the freeze-dried modified live vaccine with the accompanying bottle of sterile diluent, shake well and administer 2 ml subcutaneously in the side of the neck.
CAUTIONS: Do not vaccinate pregnant cows. Do not use in calves nursing pregnant cows. Abortions may result. Store at 2° to 8°C. Use entire contents when first opened. Inactivate unused contents before disposal. Do not vaccinate within 21 days of slaughter. In case of an anaphylactoid reaction treat symptomatically. Do not mix with other products, except as specified on this label. In case of human exposure, contact a physician. This product contains Neomycin and Nystatin as preservatives.
